REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products as “blind date with a book” mystery bundles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each bundle is carefully curated based on the customer’s selected preferences. Because items are sealed and chosen as a surprise, we cannot guarantee specific titles or prevent duplicate books.

Exceptions:
We will only offer a replacement if your order arrives damaged or defective. To qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo proof of the damaged item.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
